A performance program for competitive teams

The people who drive your business deserve a maintenance plan.

An eight-week executive performance program — training, physician-guided health data, and nutrition — brought to your office. Not corporate wellness. Measurable energy, discipline, and presence for the people your revenue rides on.

8 weeks
A defined program with a beginning, a middle, and measured results
5–8
A tight, competitive cohort — brought on-site to your office
$575B
Annual cost of poor employee health to U.S. employers — you're already paying it
The problem

Your best people quietly stop applying their discipline to themselves.

The same drive that builds a career is the reason the body running it gets neglected. It doesn't fail loudly — it drifts, through the exact years someone is peaking.

56%
of executives don't get 7–8 hours of sleep — and routinely skip exercise, meals, and checkups.
~60%
of C-suite leaders show burnout symptoms; 71% reported rising stress in 2025.
1 in 5
adults have metabolic syndrome — carrying roughly 2× cardiovascular and 5× diabetes risk.
The hidden cost

You're already paying for poor health. The only question is whether you ever see a return on it.

Most of the cost isn't sick days — it's presenteeism. People at their desks, underperforming, undetected. By some estimates a person carrying a chronic condition works at 20–30% below their capacity for years.

Employees with three or more chronic conditions miss nearly four times as many days as those with none. A high earner running at 80% for two years costs far more than one who takes a sick day.

The return

Fitness isn't time away from work. It's a direct input to output.

On the days people train, they don't work less — they work sharper, faster, and with more drive. That's the asset you're investing in.

+21%
concentration on days employees worked out, in a University of Bristol workplace study.
+41%
higher motivation on training days — and 22% more likely to finish work on time.
~10%
overall productivity lift when people meaningfully improve diet and exercise.
How it works

The program comes to you — with minimal disruption to the workday.

Lead-in7–14 days before

Quiet, careful onboarding

The medical side is never rushed. Before anyone trains, we handle intake, HIPAA-compliant paperwork, baseline questionnaires, and schedule offsite bloodwork — giving the partner physician time to review each participant's health information.

Day 0On-site kickoff

A single, premium morning

Staggered and private — no public numbers, no rankings.

  • Mobile DEXA body-composition scan, on-site in a private room
  • Physician intro: labs, glucose monitoring, and clinically-appropriate protocols
  • Training intro: what the on-site sessions look like and the mindset behind them
  • Nutrition intro: practical fueling for people who travel and entertain clients
Weeks 1–8The work

Train, measure, adjust

  • Two on-site group workouts per week, led on-site
  • One to two additional workouts sent to the group for travel or off days
  • Weekly accountability and a midpoint check-in
  • Final assessment and a private outcome summary for each participant
Who delivers it

Two lanes, one standard: credibility.

A physician owns the health-optimization lane; performance coaching owns the training lane. Real expertise on both sides — nothing sold off a gym floor.

Health Optimization
Partner Physician

Physician-guided labs, DEXA, glucose monitoring, and clinically-appropriate protocols. Individual results stay private, between each participant and the physician.

Performance
Performance Advisor

On-site training, programming, and accountability — a performance advisor for your team, not a rep counting reps.

Nutrition
Practical Fueling

No fad plans. Straightforward strategy for high-performing people who travel, dine out, and don't have time to weigh food.

Why this, not a gym stipend

The reasons a competitive team actually engages.

01

It's measured

DEXA, labs, before-and-after. Competitive people need a scoreboard — a gym membership has none.

02

It's physician-backed

Real medical credibility and privacy, not supplements sold off a gym floor.

03

It's a team sport

Group accountability inside a competitive culture — discipline becomes contagious.

04

It comes to them

On-site kickoff and training. No memberships, no commute, no excuses.

The founding pilot

Prove it on a small group — then decide from the results, not the pitch.

Questions

What owners ask first.

Does the company see anyone's health data? +

No. Individual health results stay strictly between each participant and the partner physician. The employer receives no personal results — only aggregate, de-identified outcomes if appropriate. All intake is HIPAA-compliant.

How disruptive is this to our workday? +

Minimal by design. The kickoff and the two weekly workouts happen on-site, and scans are staggered and private. The whole point is that the program comes to your team rather than pulling them out of the office.

Is this just corporate wellness? +

No. Wellness is a soft, generic perk. This is an executive performance program — measured, physician-backed, and built around energy, discipline, and presence for your highest-value people.

Why a pilot instead of a full rollout? +

Because you shouldn't take our word for it. A small, contained cohort keeps risk low, produces real before-and-after data, and lets you decide on evidence — not a sales pitch.
